Designed around classic New England coastal architecture, this new build eschews flashy grandeur for timeless elegance. The shingle-style exterior (gambrel roof, cedar shake siding, wraparound porch) nods to the century-old Bay Head cottages still common in the area. The interior direction follows suit, skipping typical beach-house cliché for something closer to heirloom; mixed wood tones, tailored millwork, and a few bold color moments layered over a neutral palette.
