Jane & Co is a Philadelphia-based renovation, interior design, and real estate studio specializing in revitalizing historic homes. We source and restore original architectural details while modernizing layouts and mechanical systems for contemporary living.

For our real estate clients, we help buyers find historic homes priced below their potential, with restoration scoped before they offer. For sellers, we use considered staging and marketing to present a home at its full value.
